Lodging at this North Lake Tahoe home also features a very comfortable open and light living area with a rock fireplace, breakfast counter with three bar stools, dining area with seating for up to 8, and sleeping accommodations for up to 6 people plus well mannered pet. This quality vacation home has easy access to local bus shuttle and public beaches. For our winter guests, you are going to enjoy the close proximity to North Lake Tahoe alpine ski resorts, as will as several cross country ski areas — all within a short drive or pick up the FREE neighborhood ski shuttle.

- Weekly $1,350 (based on 7 nights)
- Departure Clean $100
- Linens & Towels Included
- Add 10% Placer County Room Tax for all rentals of 30 days or less.
- Arrival time is 4:00 PM - Departure Time is 10:00 AM
- Please inquire for Minimum Stay Requirements during High Season and Holidays
- Higher rates apply for the weeks of Christmas and New Year's
