- Vacation Tahoe's Responsibilities
- Personally check each property prior to and after each rental
- Ensure proper security of home upon rental guest departures (heat down, all doors and windows locked)
- Note any damages and report any maintenance problems to owner immediately
- Contact local repairmen to complete any necessary repairs
- Schedule housekeeping services and perform inspections
- Make all payments to vendors and housekeepers for services rendered
- Owner Responsibilities
- Maintain property to ensure properly functioning appliances, furnishings, et.
- Replace bedding as needed
- Annual window & carpet cleaning
- Semi-annual deep cleans
- Pest control
- Spa service if applicable
- Snow Removal
- Guest Responsibilities
- Empty trash
- Strip beds
- Secure property upon departure
- Reduce heat setting to 55 degrees
- Ensure property is left in the same condition as found
